Terms and Conditions

What is on this page
[PLACEHOLDER — have this reviewed by a lawyer before you go live.] These terms cover using this website and sending us a booking enquiry. A confirmed booking is covered by a separate written agreement, which always takes priority over this page.
What this website is
Pink Models is a modelling agency. This website shows the models we represent and lets you send a booking enquiry. It is not a shop: nothing here is a binding offer, and sending an enquiry does not book anybody.
What bookings are for
Booking enquiries are for professional shoots, campaigns and events only. That means photography, film and video, advertising, catalogue and e-commerce work, fashion shows, exhibitions, brand promotion and similar professional engagements.
We do not arrange social meetings, companionship or anything of a personal nature, and we will not pass such a request on to a model. An enquiry of that kind is refused and the sender is blocked. We may report it if it is unlawful.
Using the site
You must be 18 or over to use this website. You may browse the roster and send enquiries. You may not:
- copy, download, scrape or republish photographs, text or model details from this site;
- use anything here to train a machine learning model;
- contact a model directly if you find their details elsewhere, for work you first enquired about here;
- send automated traffic, or try to break, overload or get into parts of the site that are not public;
- pretend to be someone else when you enquire.
The information on the models
Comp card details — height, measurements, sizes, hair and eye colour — are what the model has given us and are checked when they join. People change. We confirm current details in writing when you book, and that written confirmation is the version to rely on.
Availability shown on a profile is a guide, not a live diary. A model shown as available may already be booked by the time you enquire.
Rates
Any rate shown is an indicative hourly rate for professional booking work. It is not a quote and it is not fixed. The actual fee depends on the hours, the location, the usage rights you need, how long you need them for, whether travel is involved, and the agency fee. You always get a written quote before anything is confirmed.
[PLACEHOLDER: add your payment terms, deposit, cancellation and overtime policy here. This is the section clients argue about, so it is the one worth getting a lawyer to write.]
How a booking actually happens
- You send an enquiry.
- We reply within one working day with availability and a written quote.
- If you accept, we send a booking confirmation and a contract covering the date, the hours, the fee, the usage rights, cancellation and who is responsible for what on the day.
- Nobody is booked until that contract is signed by both sides.
Usage rights
Being allowed to photograph someone is not the same as being allowed to use the photographs however you like. What you may do with the images — where, for how long, in which countries, and in what media — is set out in the booking contract and nowhere else. Using images beyond what was agreed is a breach of that contract. [PLACEHOLDER: state your standard usage terms.]
Conduct on a shoot
We expect a professional, safe working environment. A model may leave a booking, with the full fee still payable, if they are asked to do something that was not agreed, if they are asked to work unsafely, or if they are treated inappropriately. We will not work with a client again after that.
Our own content
The text, layout and design of this website belong to us or to our licensors. Photographs of models are used under agreement with the model and, where relevant, the photographer. Nothing on this page gives you a licence to use any of it.
If something is wrong on a profile
Every model page has a “Report this profile” link. Use it, or email bookings@pinkmodels.example. If you tell us a photograph of you is published without your agreement, or that someone shown is under 18, we take the profile down while we look into it.
What we are not responsible for
We try to keep this site accurate and available but we cannot promise either. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost opportunity, the cost of a cancelled studio. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. [PLACEHOLDER: set a liability cap appropriate to your business, with legal advice.]
Changes, and which law applies
We may change these terms. The version on this page when you send an enquiry is the version that applies to it. [PLACEHOLDER: state the governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction — for an Indian agency this is usually the law of India and the courts of your city.]
