What is on this page
[PLACEHOLDER — have a lawyer check this before you go live.] This page explains the rights you have over the personal information we hold, and how to use them. What we collect and why is in our Privacy Policy.
Your rights
- See it. Ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correct it. Tell us anything that is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask us to erase it, unless we are required by law to keep it — a signed booking contract, for example, which we must retain for tax and accounting.
- Restrict it. Ask us to stop using it while a dispute is being sorted out.
- Take it with you. Ask for it in a machine-readable file.
- Object. Tell us to stop using it for anything based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent. Where you gave consent, you can take it back at any time; that does not undo anything done before you did.
How to ask
Email bookings@pinkmodels.example. We reply within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not ask you to explain why.
Models on our books
If you are represented by us and want your profile taken down, email us and we will remove it. Photographs already licensed to a client under a signed agreement cannot be recalled by us — that is between you and them, and we will tell you who to contact and give you a copy of the agreement.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to your national data protection authority. You do not have to come to us first, though we would rather you did so we can put it right.
